Do you want to understand your team better?

Working in teams is complex because of all the variables that come into play; personality, skill sets, communication styles, motives and much more. • Analyse their natural role in a team, along with its strengths and weaknesses.
  • Explore why teams get stuck or experience conflict.
  • Develop tools for helping teams overcome challenges and conflicts.
  • Practice negotiating and communicating during a number of team activities.
